Here are three variations on a mobile layout. The first two use a sliding menu to present the various options. The third menu layout uses the little icons at the bottom of the screen.
There are also different ways to view the on screen data. The first view puts the options on the page for you to select and jump to another page. The next two make use of scrolling to provide more information on the landing page. This has the benefit of being able to provide more information to help guide the visitor to the most appropriate next jump.
